The Grind is a powerful urban drama, starring Jamie Foreman, Danny John-Jules, Zoe Tapper, Gorden Alexander and Freddie Conner. In this feature film I was responsible for sound design, edit and mix. The Rocket Scientist's music was used as the soundtrack for the nightclubs. The film is scheduled to be released on DVD in the United Kingdom.

These are five extracts from the documentary 'Knots and Fields' by Andrew Chesher and David Ryan (2010). The full documentary is 75 mins in length and looks at the history and the contemporary relevance of the famous Summer Courses in New Music, which have been held in Darmstadt, Germany since 1946. I was responsible for narrative voice recording, sound editing and mixing.

In February, for the first time, I took a part of 'Sound Design Challenge' created by Dynamic Interference. The challenge was to come up with a sound design for the slow-motion parts and to show that the 2009 Chevrolet Malibu is safer than 1959 Chevrolet Malibu. My entry has won the first prize.

As a part of the Inside Out show held in LCC, I have shown my quadraphonic audio-visual installation 'The Secret Space' in one of containers outside the building. The piece explores the human perception and human consciousness in relation to sound.
